Machig LabdronWithin the ancient teachings of Tibetan Buddhism lies a meditation for facing--and dissolving--our greatest fears and attachments. Based on the traditional Tibetan practice of Chöd (literally 'to sever'), a method was developed by a legendary female yogini, Machig Labdrön, almost 1,000 years ago. Tsultrim Allione will present Machig's revolutionary approach and a practical method to move from struggle to non-duality.

Drawing from Machig's teachings, she shares an experiential 5-step process that can help you meet and release what the Tibetan's call 'demons'---the longings, fears, obsessions, illnesses and attachments we battle with everyday. We all have our demons the greatest of which is self-clinging. She shows how our inner and outer demons can be seen and nurtured, transforming them into allies.
