Deepen your experience of meditation – and your own mind. In contemplative meditation, we use the stability of mind developed in basic meditation to investigate directly the nature of our experience. Using the book Progressive Stages of Meditation on Emptiness as a foundation, each class will include experiential exercises, guided meditation, and discussion.

Nalanda West provides event hosting space for professional, private and community events. Facilities include a beautiful conference room (2100 sq.ft.), with an additional stage (150 sq.ft.) and large foyer (600 sq.ft). The conference room provides wonderful views of the Seattle skyline, and seats up to 180. Also available is a spacious 1400 sq. ft. dining room that comfortably seats 80 guests along with buffet and service tables, and has a 220 sq.ft. stage for a speaker or presentation.
