The heart of every experience is fresh when we can embrace the present moment as it is. Meditation enables the thoughts that separate us from this reality to fall away. Using the meditation skills developed in the Beginning Meditation class, we will explore using all of our senses as the basis for meditation. In this class we will familiarize with bringing meditative awareness to more and more complex experiences, and how to begin to apply the insights of meditation to everyday life.
To register early, please e-mail annabrowngriswold
@gmail.com. You may also arrive early on January 19th to register before
the first class. The suggested donation for each class is $15—no
one turned away for lack of funds.
